**ROLE SUMMARY**:
To effectively support the process aspect of the After Sales department from receipt of order through to job completion.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE**:
- Liaise with After Sales team members to gather information on job status and update customers as necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track.
- Despatch paperwork generation for deliveries outside of UK.
- Ensure documentation/paperwork is in place for site crews at point of installation.
- To update After Sales schedule with new job information for the use of the business as required.
- Coordinating with customers to find information to enable jobs to be completed to satisfy individual needs and requirements.
- Support administrative aspect of Audience Upholstery.
- Ensure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant standards, Health and Safety requirements.
- Personal training and development to ensure personal and business success.
- The jobholder may from time to time be required to undertake such other duties as the management may reasonably require._
