Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced VDA/Estimator.

About you:
ATA preferred but not essential.
Must have Audatex exp.
The person should have good people skills and understand the principals of the body repair industry.
As this workshop is PAS 125 approved a good understanding of PAS 125 would be a distinct advantage.

Applicants must have the ability to work well in a team and well under pressure.
In return for your skills and experience my client is offering an excellent package with and a superb working environment for the right applicant.- Motor trade experienced
- Computer literate
- Have a good eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone
- High degree of sales focus
- Duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customers and maintaining strong relationships
- Reporting on cosmetic repair requirements
- Estimating and selling bodyshop repair work
- Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction

Working hour/days
Monday to Friday - 8.15am to 5.30pm
Alternate Sat mornings 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Holidays are 22 days per year plus BH and must be taken between 1st Jan and 31st Dec each year.

Salary
£34k basic (Depending on experience and accreditation)
£40k+++ OTE and realistic
