**Club Supervisor - New Body Fitness Bridport**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Club Supervisor to join our team at New Body Fitness Bridport. The Club Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness center, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and motivating environment for both staff and members.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**: Oversee the fitness center staff, including, training, scheduling, and performance management.

**Member Experience**: Ensure a high-quality experience for all members, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

**Facility Management**: Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and safety standards are met.

**Program Development**: Collaborate with staff to develop and implement fitness programs and activities that meet the diverse needs of our membership.

**Budget and Inventory**: Manage the fitness center's budget, including purchasing, inventory control, and financial reporting.

**Compliance and Safety**: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.

**Community Engagement**: Actively promote the fitness center within the community and build partnerships to enhance the center's offerings.

**Reporting**: Regularly report to management on center performance, member feedback, and staff issues.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and health and safety regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
