Are you an experienced and passionate leader in the care sector? We are currently seeking a Head of Care for a residential service in Corbridge, specialising in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge.

As the Head of Care, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a dedicated team of care professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to the residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff management, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.
