**Your role at Supacolor**

The purpose of this role is to be primarily responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our production printers. You’ll be part of a team that works together to achieve business goals

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operation of DTF Printers**
- Setup, operate, and monitor DTF printers.
- Ensure that all print jobs are executed with precision, on time and in accordance with job specifications.
- Ensure effective waste control of excess consumables

**Maintenance & Troubleshooting**
- Perform routine maintenance on digital production printers as per manufacturer's guidelines.
- Quickly diagnose and rectify any printer malfunctions or issues to minimize downtime
- Keep a detailed log of any maintenance performed or issues encountered.
- Pre-emptive daily/weekly cleaning routines of all printers

**Workspace Maintenance**
- Ensure that the printing area remains clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Maintain a system for efficiently storing tools, inks, and other consumables.

**Quality Control**
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold our commitment to delivering products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Regularly inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments to printers or processes to maintain print quality.
- Conducting during-run print checks and quality control management to ensure consistency and removal of errors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
