**The role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As Claims Handler you’ll be responsible for processing claims submitted by customers across a range of products in line with company policies and standard operating procedures, with the aim of providing excellent customer service and having a positive impact on wider team objectives.

**About you**
- Claims experience not required although helpful
- Good admin skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong professional written communication skills
- Customer-centric individual who will go above and beyond to give great customer service
- Showing initiative and able to see tasks through to completion
- Competent using Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Adaptable and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour
