We are looking for an **experienced individual** to join us as Barista with a focus on **working weekends. **This role is suitable for someone with a background in the catering or hospitality industry. The hours are 8-16 hours per week with more available if desired. **PLEASE ENSURE YOU KNOW WHERE WE ARE LOCATED BEFORE YOU APPLY. **We are based in Page Park, Staple Hill which is East Bristol.

Bean Tree Café is a busy park café in Staple Hill, Bristol. We are a friendly team with a love of good food and drink. Our café and community room have been around for 5 years and we are always looking for ways to develop and grow. The community is at the heart of what we do and we are looking for a likeminded individual to join us.

**Ideal**:

- Experience in a similar role.
- Ability to see the bigger picture on a busy day. You are the type of person that know what needs doing around the café to keep it looking good and service moving well.
- Ability to train new staff on making coffee and service.
- Self-starter with motivation to find jobs to do on a quiet day.
- Confident in a busy environment and of a sociable nature.

The **experienced Barista** will be responsible for monitoring high standards of customer service and ensuring our food and drink offering is the best it can be. An interest in developing events and attracting new classes would be a bonus. The **experienced Barista** will be a key holder and have responsibility for managing stock. We would also like the experienced Barista to be able to do food service in addition to making high quality drinks.
