Accompanied Viewer

As an Accompanied Viewer at Dowen, you will play a crucial role in helping prospective buyers explore properties in the Hartlepool area. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring clients have a positive and informative experience during property viewings. Your knowledge of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and professionalism will be essential in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct Property Viewings**: Accompany potential buyers to properties and provide them with a guided tour. Showcase the property's features, answer questions, and highlight its unique selling points.

Conduct Lettings inspections:Inspect property condition and report back to the office.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest property listings and market trends in the Hartlepool area to effectively communicate property details to clients.

**Client Engagement**: Build rapport with clients and understand their specific needs and preferences. Tailor property recommendations accordingly.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Gather feedback from clients after property viewings and relay this information to the sales team. Provide regular reports on client interactions and property feedback.

**Property Access**: Ensure proper arrangements for property access, including scheduling appointments with sellers and coordinating with the sales team.

**Compliance**: Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in estate agency transactions, including data protection regulations.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during the property viewing process.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £17,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
