Yard Man

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment in the yard.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper documentation and organization of yard inventory.
- Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and other personnel involved in yard operations.
- Utilize Excel to create reports, track inventory, and analyze data related to yard activities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Valid Cat B driver's license.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Previous experience in yard operations or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
