Contract 3 Months with potential extention

Monday - Thurs = 7.5,

Friday = 6.5hrs = 36.5hours total

Working from home further down the line (1 day)

(The Client consider will 30hrs over 4 or 5 days)

You will be responsible for the following:

- To support goods inwards and quality manager with filing and management of paperwork (electronic and paper based).
- This includes reviewing current paperwork and adhering to internal document retention process.
- To create customer certificates of conformity for outgoing goods.
- To provide support with booking in of non-physical goods on SAP.
- To check incoming goods documentation in accordance with internal specifications and quality standard requirements
- To conduct basic data entry where required for test bay and goods inwards.
- Monitor the quality assurance mailbox and communicate on incoming requests from other departments.
- Assist with obtaining records
- To maintain a filing system for all project quality documentation.
- To create documentation packs (MRB’s and Certification packs) for project-based sales.
- Ability to work with suppliers, customers and internal departments to understand and resolve certification issues and queries
- Understanding of industry & company specifications and standards in relation to certification and its use
- Good communication skills
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Computer literacy
- Word ,excel, SAP / Fusion
- Experience working in a Quality department
