**Customer Consultant**

**Qualifications**:
**High School Diploma or equivalent required**
- Previous customer service experience in a retail setting required
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass a drug test

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer information, product information, and answer questions about Massenhove Recruitment Ltd products and services.
- Review e-commerce orders for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide e-commerce orders to customers.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare shipping labels for customers.
- Assist with inventory control by reviewing product stock levels on the website.
- Assist with product information by answering questions about the company’s products.
- Maintain communication with other departments by communicating with them about issues that arise from the Customer Consultant role.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance Claims: 1 year (preferred)
- Insurance Underwriting: 1 year (preferred)
- Compliance matters: 1 year (preferred)
- Disability Discrimination: 1 year (preferred)
- Data Protection: 1 year (preferred)
