One of Gloucestershire’s leading employers is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within an industry leading, multinational business. The company is based within the beautiful Cotswold town of Cirencester.

Offering £12 an hour, the role is ideal for someone with customer service and administration experience.

**As Customer Service Administrator, you will**:

- Help to manage the correspondence coming into the team inbox
- Log cases for each query or complaint received
- Aim to resolve queries efficiently, using guidance from training and standard templates, escalating when necessary
- Work within a team to manage a busy inbox and resolve queries from; company partners or the complaints management company

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient computer literacy
- Strong communication skills

**The Role**:
As Customer Service Administrator you will be working within a team to manage client complaints and queries coming into the team inbox. This is a temporary role, based in the company’s beautiful Cirencester offices. This job role offers the opportunity to move to hybrid working after training. (working twice a week at home).

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be trained and supported by a highly knowledgeable team. You will be a key member of the team, providing highly valued support.
