**Purpose of the job**

The Corporate Administrator is expected to assist the Group in meeting its objectives and Corporate Plan targets by coordinating and administering the Group’s governance arrangements, and by providing a confidential and efficient corporate administration service to the organisation.
- To support the Company Secretary by filling annual and other returns to the regulators, signing of relevant documents and contracts in her absence and maintaining the share registers.
- To support the work of the Group Boards and Committees by providing an efficient Board administration service, including the preparation of Board reports and minutes.
- To support the provision of managing agent services as necessary to include the issuing of shares, general administration, record keeping and filling annual returns.
- To lead and/or support the organisation of Group events such as Awaydays, staff briefings and Annual General Meetings.
- To manage the formal complaints process effectively and ensure that complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner and that action required is taken.
- To develop and maintain monitoring systems for the effective tracking of issues such as audit recommendations, policy and procedure updates and complaint actions.
- PA to the chief executive and provide admin support to other members of Senior management team as required
- To organise diaries and meeting facilities for meetings and to ensure that refreshments and facilities are available as required.
- Be responsible for the ordering of corporate supplies such as office supplies and miscellaneous furniture and equipment.
