**About the Role**.

As we continue to develop our lead generation department we have another fantastic opportunity based at our Maidenhead Office.

As part of our busy lead generation department you will be spending the majority of your time on the phones and need to be able to easily build rapport with customers. Strong telephony skills, an acute attention to detail and the ability to overcome objections will be key to this role. Your role will be responsible for confirming pre booked appointments, ensuring all the data is accurate, our industry compliance is adhered to, managing queries and qualifying customer ensuring their home is suitable for a solar installation.

**What you will be doing?**
- Speaking to customers on the phone for the majority of the day
- Responsible for confirming all booked appointments by calling customers the day before
- Ensuring all details for bookings are confirmed correctly and the customer doubts can be answered
- Accurate input of bookings data into scheduling calendar
- Rescheduling appointments that cannot go ahead
- Managing the diary
- Working to agreed KPI's and targets

**To succeed in this role you will**:

- Experience of working within a busy, and fast paced office or sales background on the telephone.
- Works effectively under pressure - maintaining exceptional levels of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
- Able to be resilient
- An excellent communicator, internally and externally at all levels
- Well organised and capable of managing your time and prioritising a busy workload
- Able to work within tight guidelines and conform to SLA’s
- Competent user of Microsoft Office (inc. SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel) Experience of packages such as Trello, or Zendesk would be advantageous.

Office Based Only: Mon-Fri, occasional weekend work by agreement.

**Salary**: £23,920.00 per year
