**Job Role**:
We have an opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join us in a new role within our Tech team based at our busy HQ in Alderley Edge.

You will need to be focused, resilient and have a positive “can do” attitude. Create and nurture strong relationships internally and externally.

You will have a good understanding of how the platform can be used to maximise its potential and will be responsible for working with business users to help improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency across many departments in the business.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Responding and resolving support tickets
- Responsible for continuous improvement / future development of the Salesforce org
- Assisting in data maintenance, automation flows, integrations, and configurations.
- Supporting internal users with day-to-day requests, including reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, process builders, flows.
- Working closely with relevant end users to understand and seek business requests.
- User set-up and maintenance Management of profiles, roles, permissions, and access
- Data cleansing, manipulation/transformation, upload/inserts
- Training and supporting all users in the implementation of Salesforce and related tools for all business purposes, including roll-out of new functionality
- Troubleshooting user/system incidents and other abnormalities.

**Experience and skills**
- 1-2 years of experience working within Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) in an administrative capacity
- Configure user management: Create new users, Profiles, Roles, Role Hierarchy to ensure a good level of security is maintained whilst ensuring users have the level of access needed
- Experience in creating new objects, fields in Salesforce
- Understanding business needs to create relevant metrics via reports and dashboards
- Understanding of record sharing requirements and ability to create necessary sharing rules
- Experience in building robust automation processes in Salesforce using Flows
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience of using Dataloader or similar tools
- An ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with team members at all levels of the organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator qualification highly desirable
- Configuration of Experience Cloud desired but not essential
- Configuration of Salesforce CPQ desired but not essential
- Configuration of Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud desired but not essential
- Configuration of Marketing Cloud desired but not essential
