**Responsibilities**:

- Execute general maintenance tasks, including the repair and upkeep of equipment, machinery, fire exits, and smoke alarms.- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure the optimal functioning of electrical systems.- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.- Perform routine inspections to proactively identify potential maintenance needs.- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines and budgets.- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.- Utilise hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components.- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Experience/Requirements:

- Preferred experience in general and/or electrical maintenance.- Must possess an electrical qualification with familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.- Essential knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and basic plumbing.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and instruction manuals.- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently.- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.- Customer service-oriented mind-set with professionalism in interactions with staff and clients.**Benefits**:
