**Plot Sales Assistant**

About Our Client

This is an opportunity to join our clients highly successful Residential Conveyancing team who deal with complex buy-to-let work and are members of a number of closed panels for limited company buy to let work. Their clients include Aldermore Bank, Fleet Mortgages (part of Starling Bank), and Precise Mortgages to name a few.

What They Are Looking For

As a Plot Sales Assistant you will provide all round support to one Fee Earner directly within the team and help drive forward matters to completion.

As a plot sales assistant you will enjoy working in a supportive team whilst taking responsibility for your own plot sales matters with the assistance of a tailored case management system. This is very much a client focused role where you can expect full encouragement and support in developing and maintaining those relationships. As a plot sales assistant you would have experience of running residential property sales, dealing with enquiries, and keeping clients updated on the progress of transactions. Plot Sales experience is essential within this role - ideally one to two years’ experience in a similar role.

You will be a proactive and client-focussed team player, and will also be able to demonstrate:

- excellent communication skills
- initiative and evidence of working pro-actively
- an eye for detail
- the ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively
- a commercial understanding and outlook.

The Job
- Salary - Depending On Experience

Hours - Monday To Friday - 9am-5pm

Some Hybrid Working But The Expectation Will Be That You Are In The Office Most Of The Time.
