**TQR are working in partnership with an independent School based in the Hertfordshire countryside to recruit a permanent, full time Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.**

**As a Chef de Partie you will be required to**:

- Work effectively under pressure during busy services
- Assist the Head Chef to complete daily operations
- Follow Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards
- Label and store food properly
- Have experience working as a Chef de Partie in a previous position
- Be able to cook with fresh ingredients
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent time management and communication skills
- Be able to work alone at times and also take direction from the Head Chef when required
- Have a Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (or be willing to complete the course)
- Have access to your own transport due to location

**For this position you must be happy for the employer to conduct an Enhanced DBS on your behalf.**
