An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, based across multiple portfolios in the Devon region. A company van is based out of Tiverton, and would be accessible for the role.

**What will your day look like?**
- We currently have a vacancy for a Mobile Property Caretaker, working in and around the Devon Area.
- Core working hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
- You will carry out general grounds maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc and repairs.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.

What makes a successful Mobile Property Caretaker?
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the Tiverton area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.
- You will hold a current and full Driving License (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
