Role

Senior Scrum Master

UK Software engineering team with in Vocalink are looking for a senior Scrum Master who will be responsible to facilitate and ensure that the Agile principles and values are being followed within the team for faster delivery.

All about you:
strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and guiding Scrum teams.

work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Ownership of delivery.

Support product owner in backlog prioritization.

Facilitate scrum ceremonies and support team by removing impediments.

Process reviews and identify opportunities to improve an overall process and trim waste.

Drive change using data driven metrics.

Drive conversations relating to interdependencies between teams.

Mentor and coach scrum team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Active learner.

Payment domain experience is preferred.
