My client, a London-based PR agency specialising in personal PR and thought leadership is looking to add a Head of Client Delivery to their high-performing team.

You will be adept in PR activity from an agency background, responsible for overseeing the profile-raising strategy for clients and identifying new avenues for opportunities in the public arena.

You will be the most senior point of contact second only to the founder so confidence, a warm demeanour, and clear communication skills are essential.

**Other skills and experience include**:

- Excellent client-facing skills
- Clear and positive communicator
- Experience project-managing multiple projects at the same time
- Some leadership experience with the enthusiasm and confidence to develop further
- Proven experience in improving client delivery in media relations
- Knowledge of (and ideally some experience in executing) a social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn
- Exceptional English and a flare for writing, as this is at the heart of everything some writing and editing experience is required.
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Basic knowledge of audio and video best-practices

You will be responsible for overseeing the PR strategy for clients, identifying new avenues for getting clients into the public arena, and leading the team to deliver.
You will regularly be on client catch-up calls and have weekly meetings with each report in the delivery team and will give direction to the delivery team on a range of PR and marketing services.
You should be enthusiastic about building external partnerships with media / talk organisers / podcasters / media trainers / freelancers to initiate new profile-raising opportunities for clients.
