Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager (Nights) for a new commercial project located in Shinfield, Berkshire.

Site Manager duties:

- Manage the site during night shift hours and oversee concreting
- Monitoring subcontractors
- Checking materials
- Liaising with CM and directors for handovers
- Inspecting work and overseeing quality control
- Keep project within timeframe and within budget
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are met

Site Manager details:

- 10 hour shift - 16:00pm to 02:00am
- SSSTS/ SMSTS required
- CSCS card, black or gold
- Site First aid Certificate
