**Appeals Administrator - Inverness**
Our client is the leading provider of debt recovery services for the private parking sector in the country. They are proud to be part of a larger enforcement agency specialising in debt recovery, which was set up in 1977.
The business is based around people; they support parking operators with specialist teams and focus on training their professional collection agents to the highest standards.
With a firm but fair approach, they help educate and inform motorists that parking charges are legitimate. And they assist them in avoiding any further charges or unnecessary costly court proceedings.
**Purpose of the role**:
- The role will involve working within our Appeals Team responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices.
- Analysing case by case data and collating the relevant written response
- You may also be required to operate a customer service phone line to provide advice on how to appeal
- Able to prioritise tasks, work on own initiative and manage a busy workload
- Required to perform to KPI's
- Good written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer experience is required
**To be successful, you don't have to have previous experience, however you do need to demonstrate**:

- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- Sound IT skills - using Outlook, Excel and Word

- Basic Salary is from £20,500.
- 37.5 hours a week (Monday
- Friday)
