You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive the highest possible level of service before, during and after their machinery hire period.

In return you will have the opportunity to be part of a busy and popular groundcare depot and work within a fast-pace and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Organise and book hire enquiries on our systems
- Assign hire stock to contracts and ensure correct documentation is raised and signed for all contracts
- Ensure customers are kept fully informed of the process, costings and on/off hire, delivery and collection expectations
- Report/record all defects
- Liaise with the workshop and parts department to ensure equipment is scheduled to be prepped and checked before/after hire
- Resolve customer queries by liaising with internal departments and suppliers
- Maintain all records efficiently and effectively as required
- Manage customer accounts and promote new relationships to increase hire department revenue and profitability

Skills, knowledge and Abilities:

- Excellent organisation skills
- Good time management
- Flexible team skills
- Experience of Classic Gold (Helpful not essential)
- Good communication skills: both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Good at meeting deadlines
- Full UK driving license required
