**About The Role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Maintain forecast tool data to accurately plan orders, work with suppliers to forecast an annual usage plan.
- Maintain stock levels to deliver to customers OTIF, keeping overstocks to a minimum.
- Maintain, chase and expedite purchase orders with suppliers to ensure delivery timescales are met.
- Work closely with key customers to improve processes and procedures to ensure they are receiving the quality-of-service wren strive to offer.
- Actively liaise with other departments to drive development projects, assisting senior buyers where required.
- Become an expert in the products you manage; constantly reviewing the categories to improve the product and service, as well as holding quarterly supplier performance reviews.
- Ensure product information and pricing is maintained and correct.
