**Fleet Coordinator Milton Keynes (Hybrid)**

**The Role**
- Design, support and coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet of commercial and passenger vehicles.
- Provide analysis and information to the Category Manager and Head of Procurement.
- Monitor and control fleet related spend.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Ownership and management of company fleet policy.
- Control and manage Fleet including contract hire, short term rental and end of contract solutions.
- Motor fleet insurance process management including monitoring uninsured loss recovery
- Tender and Contract Management of fleet suppliers and support during tender process to the wider business including market research and sustainable solutions.
- Operational Fleet Management (e.g. vehicle handovers, fuel card management)
- Project Management and support of cross functional group and local projects including stakeholder management
- Spend Management - reporting and management information
- Ensure compliance to Group and Local policies

**In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Head of Procurement.**
