Part-time Office Support and Viewing Guide

**Hamlyn Smith are expanding our team, and we are looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis**. You do not need prior experience of the industry, we feel it’s more important to find the right person, however, a great attitude and personality will be key.
**When will I work?**
We would need you to be available every Saturday, from 8.30am - 3.30pm, and there is a possibility that additional hours will be available on weekdays in the future.
**Where will I work?**
The role involves both working in our Hove office and going out on appointments, so your own car, as well as a full clean driving licence, is essential.
**What does the job involve?**
In the office you will be answering the phone and booking appointments, greeting visitors and helping with various admin tasks. On appointments, you will be showing potential buyers and tenants around our properties, giving them more information and ensuring they have a great viewing experience.
**What skills do I need?**
*As you will be dealing with clients, a positive, friendly attitude, and smart, professional appearance are essential
*Good time-keeping skills
*Although no experience is needed, previous property work and knowledge of the local area are an advantage
*You must drive and have your own car
*Computer literacy is essential
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
