An expanding client in Hampshire are seeking a Business Administrator to support group functions, playing a pivotal role in the collaboration between departments and clients.
This is an exciting time to come aboard due to growth plans and future business goals.
Hybrid working available with occasional travel to other South Eastern offices.
As the Business Administrator, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.

**Daily Responsibilities as the Business Administrator**:
Processing sales orders and creating backorders
Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
Assisting with accounts administration
Developing reporting to key stakeholders
Supplying product data
Sending catalogues and samples
Assisting with customer requests
Managing the internal supply chain, ensuring critical deadlines are met
Creating and distributing weekly stock reports
Managing administration inboxes
Supporting the management team
Attending trade shows as required

**To succeed as a Business Administrator, you will have**:
Proven administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong team working skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook
Prior sales order processing experience (desirable)
Experience using SAP or similar (desirable)
