Motion Graphics Artist

**The Role**:
Fox&Fifth is a growing video production agency based in Cranleigh, Surrey, and Brighton, East Sussex. Youc an choose to work from our office in Cranleigh or Brighton.

We are currently looking for mid-level or senior motion graphic artist to join our team to help us create amazing video content for our corporate clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects for some for some wonderful clients.

As a Motion Graphics Artist, you will work closely with our Creative Director to bring stories to life through engaging and visually stunning animations and graphics. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and is keen to contribute their skills to a variety of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with producers and clients to understand project scope and objectives
- Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Utilise a variety of software programmes, including but not limited to Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, deadlines and design standards
- Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film or a related field, or an impressive portfolio of work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Demonstrable motion graphics skills with a strong portfolio
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to take and give constructive criticism

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brighton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Motion Graphics Design: 5 years (preferred)
