Janitor

Janitor services are provided at 3 locations - (Porters’ Lodge/93 North Street), which is combined with St Mary’s and at North Haugh. North Haugh has a team of 4 Janitors supervised by a Senior Janitor and Porters’ Lodge and St Mary’s have 10 Janitors combined and two Senior Janitors. Each area carries out various duties, some of which may differ depending on the requirements and characteristics of the location. Janitors can be required to work in any of the three areas.

The Janitor rotational shift system will vary from an early shift, day shift and back shift, starting at 07.00 Hrs. to 15.15 Hrs. 0800 Hrs. to 16.15 Hrs. and 14.15 Hrs. to 22.00 Hrs. The working week is Monday to Friday with some requirements for working overtime at weekends, Exams, and Graduation.
