**Description**:
Hours of work are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) and successful by applicants will be required to work a minimum of 37 Hours per week, hybrid remote role

The case worker will have responsibility for co-ordination of cases and case files, preparation and monitoring of all case files, preparation of bundles and getting matters ready for court where necessary.
This role would be suitable for someone who can demonstrate the ability to deal with a high and varied caseload, with excellent client care skills, and an eagerness to provide a high-quality service to our clients.
Duties for the post:

- To carry out administration in connection with all aspects of Legal Services.
- To provide efficient and effective support to Governance Team.
- To provide financial support through completing administration relating to income and expenditure.
- To assist with marketing for the department
- To process the council’s SARs, FOI’s and Whistleblowing requests
- To maintain Member’s Register of Interests Records.
- To ensure the accuracy and consistency of information on the legal database
- To act as an initial point of contact for clients and service users and monitor SLA’s

Qualification requirement:
5 GCSE’s or ‘O’ levels, grade C and above (or equivalent), including English Language as a minimum.
