Key Responsibilities

Large Format Printing:
Operate and maintain large format printers to produce high-quality prints.

Ensure accurate colour calibration and print quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve any printing issues that may arise.

Photoshop Experience
- Use Adobe Photoshop to prepare and adjust designs for printing.
- Edit and enhance images to meet print specifications.
- Ensure that all digital files are print-ready.

Vinyl Cutting

Operate vinyl cutting machines to produce decals, stickers, and other vinyl products.

Maintain cutting equipment and manage supplies.

Order Management

Manage and prioritise incoming print orders.

Coordinate with customers to ensure their requirements are met.

Track orders through to completion and ensure timely delivery.

Quality Control

Inspect printed materials for accuracy and quality.

Implement quality control measures to minimise errors and defects.

Maintain detailed records of print jobs and customer specifications.

Equipment Maintenance
- Perform regular maintenance on printing and cutting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Order and manage inventory of printing supplies.

Customer Service
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and any issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a print production environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- Experience with large format printing, DTF printing, and vinyl cutting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.42-£12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
