**The Opportunity**

We are seeking to appoint a proactive and organised Project Officer. This role will support the University in delivering a reimagined customer experience and will help to shape and influence how we balance projects and continuous improvement alongside getting the busy day job done.

**Responsibilities and Skills**

We’re looking for someone who has experience of working on successful projects, and who knows how to engage stakeholders across a large organisation. We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work and understands how to deliver great customer experience. You will be working closely with our CRM and Customer Service teams, supporting our exciting digital transformation journey. Ideally you will have experience delivering projects that focus on Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement, alongside programmes of work that have included designing Target Operating Models for large organisations.

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team as well as working with other teams and colleagues from across the business. You will thrive in a pacey environment and will have the tools to balance multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. As a great communicator, you will have experience of networking with, and influencing at all levels, and will enjoy connecting with colleagues to drive forward business priorities.
