**Job Overview**

The role is to cover cleaning of common areas for all Coventry’s supported accommodation programmes to ensure that they operate as smoothly and effectively as possible.

Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 15.00

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Ensure the properties are cleaned to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
- Have proven work experience as a cleaner.
- Be physically fit to carry out cleaning duties including bending, pushing, lifting and handling equipment.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment and materials.
- Possess good communication skills including understanding/accepting instructions.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £14,170.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
