Administration Coordinator

**Working hours**: 40 hours per week
**Main purpose of the role/Job Summary**: Providing support to two business functions in the Manchester
central warehouse in order to provide an efficient and robust delivery and sales function.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Principal duties and responsibilities, included but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers
- Conducting telephone sales campaigns
- Handling and processing customer enquiries for parts
- Raise sales and purchase orders
- Raise quotations
- Manage stock control in electronic system
- Raise order acknowledgements
- Update purchase orders with delivery information
**SKILLS**- Must be customer centric
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office, keeping calm under pressure
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Good Microsoft and computer skills, essential
- Excellent attention to detail
