- Tide Partnership is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished private care provider who is looking for an experienced Payroll professional to join the team.

**The Role**

As the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership to Service Managers and Teams, fostering an environment that nurtures their growth and enables them to perform at their best.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Leading a small payroll team, whilst being first point of contact for any payroll queries
- Timely submission of monthly and salaried payroll.
- Producing monthly payroll reports for the wider organisation
- Coordinating with the external payroll bureau
- Ensuring that organisation is compliant with all current and upcoming legislation

**Job **Criteria**
- Previous experience managing the payroll for 2000+ staff
- Extensive experience within the health and social care sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience within the healthcare sector (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
