**What would I be doing day to day?**

Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

14 month FTC / Maternity Cover

Location: London - hybrid working pattern

**Salary**: £75,000 (DoE)

**What would I be doing day to day?**

Key duties:

- Partner with the Head of Talent to deliver a core L&D curriculum including managing external suppliers and reviewing content on a regular basis.
- Work with external stakeholders with designing, implementing and managing people and performance.
- Work closely with the HR & Talent team when looking at employee development in the organisation.
- Implementing the day-to-day reporting, development and certification elements of the Training and Competence Scheme and the SMCR Certification process.
- Support the Workday L&D implementation including Performance and Development Review processes from a systems and people perspective including training and reporting.
- Managing the early careers programmes including work experience, internships, grads and trainees; designing and delivering a relevant training programme and providing qualification support.
- Supporting on a range of additional learning, talent, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.

**What is the company looking for?**
- Previous experience in financial services as a L&D specialist.
- Knowledge about FCA regulations and the SMCR Certification process preferable but not essential.
- Experience in designing and delivering people management development.
- Experience managing and designing performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
