Yard Worker

We're Looking for someone to work in our yard unloading steels from Lorries, moving steel around using a telehandler. Painting steel beams and helping fabricators in the workshop.

**Yard Operative responsibilities**:

- loading and offloading trucks
- taking deliveries of goods and supplies
- moving and storing steels beams and fabricated items correctly
- organising and prioritising work load
- working with a physically demanding environment
- working at high levels of customer service

**Yard Operative skills**:

- work well in a fast pace environment
- **Experience driving telehandler/forklift truck preferred**:

- previous experience in a similar role
- reliable and motivated
- good team working skills and ability to work unsupervised

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eccles: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
