Bartender

Job Overview:
We are a local and independant cocktail bar seeking another Bartender to join our small team, initially on friday and saturday nights with the option for further shifts as you grow with us.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. We are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, with excellent communication skills,excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you if you feel like you could be a good fit for our team and would like to join us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Clean down the premises at the end of the night

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we can train you if needed
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and bartending techniques would be an advantage
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 14 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
