Bartender

**Bartender | Part-time**

The Hollybush is a busy pub, popular with locals and residents of surrounding area.

We are looking for bartenders to join our friendly team.

**Main Function**:To deliver high standards of customer service, including welcoming patrons in a fast paced environment. Serving Customers in our bar areas and checking guests into our Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivers an exceptional customer experience in all areas of role.
- Drive sales while ensuring accurate stock and sales records are processed via the Till systems. Engages with and participates in sales initiatives.
- Works in all areas of Front of House.
- Maintains high levels of cleanliness of their work area and equipment as detailed in their Cleaning Schedule, ensuring compliance with legislation and policies. Reports any maintenance or equipment defects to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Attends all required training courses.
- Adheres to all Health and Safety training minimising risks of injury and accidents.

We are looking for people who:

- Have a great personality and the confidence to talk to our lovely customers
- Have the ability to work as part of our great existing team

**Our staff must also be flexible and able to work weekends, evenings, Bank Holidays and to cover events, staff sickness and holidays.**

**Must be over 18 years of age** - Rates of pay depends on age & experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
