Property Rates Administrator

As a Property Rates Administrator, you'll be working on all the key rates projects for the company.

You will be responsible for ensuring partners fill in their rates cards as and when they expire and chasing the properties which don't currently have rates in the system.

The role would be ideal for those with an interest in property and travel management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all partners fill in their rate cards
- Chase properties which have expired or have no rates in the system
- Conduct spot checks on SilverDoor live rates while ensuring rate parity with OTA's
- Ensure all discounted rates for Orbi are in line with our property agreements
- Monitoring of client specific rates while maintaining associated documents and files
- Assisting negotiators with templates
- Bringing to attention any agreements which are up for renewal
- Assistance with wider partner relationships team projects when required

**Requirements**:

- Data management and administrative experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Confident meeting project deadlines
- Good numeracy skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
