** Your Role **:The Stock Integrity department plays a crucial role in ensuring the precise tracking of inventory held by Kuehne+Nagel. Our primary focus is on maintaining accurate material accounting through meticulous investigations into any discrepancies related to both issuing and receiving activities. Our approach involves conducting comprehensive physical stocktaking, including a thorough 100% stock location check (WMS) and proactively address stocktaking discrepancies. We take pride in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in our material accounting practices, ensuring that our clients' inventory is meticulously managed and accounted for across all our managed sites.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring completion of all cyclic stocktaking
- Contribute to the physical Stocktaking and 100% Stock Location Checking of all primary materiel within Kuehne+Nagel warehouse products to incorporate:
NOTE: Assumptions or 3rd party assurances are not acceptable in relation to stock quantities, locations, discrepancies or whereabouts of unaccounted stock
- Direct response to partake in K&N Annual Performance and Potential Review (PPR) processes.
- Assist with system improvements and development of SCT procedures, inclusive of Continuous Improvement, where necessary and ensure that all processes are conducted in accordance with Work Based Instructions (WBIs).
- Attend meetings and team briefs as directed.
- Additional and appropriate tasks to the grade as directed by Line Management

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Mechanical handling equipment (MHE) is an essential requirement and incumbent will have to be willing to train if required, our MHE includes Reach R2.0 and category D2 & VNA Model K category F1.
- Conduct s-cape training for MHE requirement. Working at height.
- Experience of working to agreed targets
- Ability to count and report along with an understanding of KPIs
- PC literate
- Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, Packing, loading (End to End processes)
