Are you a skilled Geotechnical Engineer with leadership experience? Elevate your career as a Geotechnical Team Leader at GHD, leading a team of experts and driving geotechnical excellence across transformative projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers, fostering technical growth and collaborative spirit.
- Oversee geotechnical investigations, assessments, and analyses for diverse projects.
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in infrastructure and construction.
- Collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams, integrating geotechnical principles into projects.
- Utilize your technical prowess to provide effective solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Chair project meetings, manage client relationships, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Play a pivotal role in proposal development and client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, with a preference for leadership roles.
- Proficiency in relevant geotechnical analysis and design software.
- Expertise in conducting geotechnical investigations and assessments.
- Effective communication skills and collaborative leadership approach.
- Profound understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and planning data.
- Qualification or degree in geotechnical engineering or a related discipline.
