An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assurance and Improvement Coordinator: Significant Adverse Events and Complaints within REAS.

The postholder will coordinate and facilitate the risk management programme within REAS in line with NHS Lothian Clinical Governance and Incident Management

Procedures. The post holder will report to the Business Manager and will support the clinical leadership team in incident investigation, management of Datix reporting and maintenance of the Risk Register ensuring lessons learned are effectively communicated within the service.
- Please note that this is a fixed-term post for 12-months and secondments will be considered_

REAS provides a range of Mental Health services to the population of Lothian and other Boards within Scotland. A number of these services are provided on the Royal Edinburgh Hospital (REH) site
