We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team, performing the cash management activities of AXA Entities operations, over-seen in our Redhill Office.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Perform with the team of Treasury Assistants all treasury activities, ensuring proper forecasting of cash flow and constant optimization of the number of bank accounts
- Manage claims and assistance payments, corrections and returns.
- Be point of contact for operational queries on payment processing and status
- Manage bank queries and KYC requests with operations
- Issue the monthly cash report
- Ensure the bank transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Optimize the bank charges and limit the FX exposure (Balance Sheet by currency)
- Constantly look for optimizing the cash management processes
- Ensure the Treasury processes are properly documented and the related internal controls are properly conducted
- Provide proper reporting to Group treasury team

**Your Profile**
- GCSE grade C or above
- Accounting or financial accreditation or working towards desired.
- Previous finance experience a distinct advantage
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Highly analytical
- Good communication skills
