**The Opportunity**
Finatal are currently partnered with a growing, Private Equity backed Facilities Services business. Having trebled their growth over the last 5 years, they are currently looking for a Group Finance Director to assist in their growth journey by building anddeveloping the finance team. Currently based in the UK but pending international expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for driven future CFO with the gravitas and drive to step up in the medium term.
The role entails managing 3 direct reports whilst liaising with investors, banks and the internal finance team. Coupled with this, the role seeks to drive improvements throughout the business, owning the FP&A function and reporting into a top calibre CFO.
**The Role**
- As the Group Finance Director, you’ll contribute to the finance team management of 15+, and this responsibility will be particularly important as the business grows.
- Further develop a strong and stable finance team, making improvements and ensuring the function is operating to the highest possible standard.
- Help run the day-to-day finance whilst managing the audit and tracking KPIs.
- Partner with the business to deliver timely and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making, working closely with the CFO on the ongoing strategy of the business.
- Liaise with the Private Equity investors, the Board and building decks for future exit.
**The Requirements**
- An experienced FD/HoF/GFC
- ACA/ACCA Qualified (likely Big 4 trained), with strong academics.
- Experience building a best-in-class finance function in a growing business, with demonstrable leadership skills and experience managing a team of 10+ FTEs.
- Previously worked in an international business of scale, with a track record of developing and improving systems and processes.
- Proven ability to operate, and excel, within a fast paced, challenging and changing environment.
- Experience in building a strong 5-year business plan.
