Having identified a gap in the market for a fully integrated cyber security solution, we have invested significantly in product development to bring disparate solutions together with a user-friendly dashboard display.

Our senior engineering team brings significant experience of building and delivering very large-scale solutions for some of the largest UK organisations in sectors such as government & public sector (Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence, DWP and University of Surrey), private sector (lngeus) and blue-chip service providers like Experian and financial institutions (including HSBC and RBSG) globally.

Combining this experience with the Government-led Cyber Essentials Plus cybersecurity standards, we have developed the platform to provide a ‘framework’ to enable organisations to identify immediately where they may have possible vulnerabilities against the Cyber Essentials Plus 5 key security controls.

The Cyber Safe Plus ‘framework’ saves organisations up to 50% of the person-hours required to implement Cyber Essentials Plus in the first year, furthering the savings by up to 75% in subsequent years.

The Cyber Safe Plus platform is delivered on a subscription basis and provides continuous vulnerability scanning and penetration testing with built-in decision trees and machine learning to simulate brute force attacks on discovered vulnerabilities.

Role and responsibilities include:

- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings as required
- Handling phone calls, correspondence, and queries from employees and clients
- Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Maintaining and updating company databases, records, and policies
- Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies etc
- Making travel arrangements and bookings for flights, hotels, and restaurants as required
- Co-ordination of events
- Supporting sales & marketing functions with:
administration support and preparation of sales presentations;
maintenance of customer records and communications;
preparation and collation of bid proposals and documentation;
creation & maintenance of pipeline activity, leads and bids records;
assist in the creation of customer success stories and testimonials;
content creation and updating social media platforms LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter;
- Collating and compiling information for management reporting.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks within the business, when required.
- Assisting where required with recruitment process
- Assisting where required with customer communications
- Excellent time management, organisational and communications skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum RSA II Typewriting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets and presentations)
- Experience with Hubspot CRM would be advantageous

Pay: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
