We are Cleveland Scott York, a firm of Chartered Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys. We are specialised lawyers working in the Intellectual Property industry.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a trainee secretary to join the team on a full-time basis in our London office (with the option of working from home one day per week on completion of training).
- General Office and Administrative tasks
- Trade Mark and/or Patent secretarial support
- IP Formalities administration

The applicant must possess excellent typing skills and have an ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Working in a team environment, you will need to be accurate, a good communicator and have strong organisational, time management and administrative skills. Full training will be provided on our systems and internal procedures.

You will have either a CILEX Level 2 or 3 Diploma or Certificate and be keen to develop and train as a Trade Mark Secretary. Word and Outlook experience is required. Document management experience is desirable but not essential.

The position will open the door to various support, formalities and paralegal careers in this specialist and well renumerated legal area.
