To assist the bakery manager in the mixing of puddings, depositing of puddings, saucing and packing of puddings, cleaning up after production and performing any task as required. No former experience in a similar role necessary as training will be given. A good worth ethic and willingness to work hard is essential.

To ensure that raw material is turned into finished product efficiently and effectively with due regard to all legal, safety, integrity and quality requirements in line with the site BRC Food Safety & Quality Manual.

Food Safety Culture Responsibilities:

- Work in a manner which does not affect the safety, legality, integrity or quality of the finished product.
- Work in a safe manner ensuring Health & Safety practices are maintained and with reasonable care towards follow employees and visitors.
- Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and to comply with the Company’s Personal Hygiene Policy always.
- Ensure the strategic food safety culture plan is followed.
- Follow and maintain procedures.
- Understand and complete relevant documentation. **Undertake relevant training as and when provided by the Company.**
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of working practices and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.70 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
