**Hours**:Full Time (Monday - Friday, on call 1 evening per week and one in four weekends)

**Pay**:£33’000 OTE

**The main duties of the Recruitment Consultant role include**:

- Account Management of a very established desk
- Developing new clients through sales calls
- Conducting client visits
- Take part in the on-call rota.
- Payroll processing for all temps
- Admin support for the division
- **Required**:_
- Have great communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
- Be self-motivated in reaching targets.
- **Desired**:_
- Experience in recruitment
- Understanding of the Health & Social Care Sector.
